BFI What's on website goes live

The British Film Institute’s What’s on website designed by UXB, makes a world of film easier to access for UK audiences.

The variety of films, events, exhibitions, talks and courses put on by the BFI across the UK is hard to imagine, let alone choose from.

Flight of the Navigator

The BFI want to attract new audiences to enjoy the world of film and television and that means understanding their needs and the way they search for information. Audiences of all kinds need to be able to navigate their way around what’s on offer through the BFI and then act on what they discover.

The Incredible Journey

We developed What’s on with the BFI to create a smoother journey from inspiration to action. Putting the user first we developed clear routes from browsing to booking, creating a rewarding online experience that makes people want to return.

Festival

The design was first tested for the 51st London Film Festival in autumn 2007 and is now available for the full scope of what the BFI present.
