St Chris sixth form digital marketing campaign

Increasing engagement with natural search, Google Adwords and email campaigns.

To create a buzz we ran a digital marketing campaign encouraging recipients (prospective, existing and previous parents and school alumni) to spread the message about the sixth form and its open day.

Average 50% email open rate resulting in almost 800 microsite visits over 10 days with over 400 visitors via search in the same period. And sixth form open day attendance was up too!

At the time, the school’s website was unsuitable for a digital marketing campaign. So, working to a tight deadline, we created a landing page as the target of our digital marketing activity. This allowed us to design a campaign that better reflected the school's attitude, offer and brand positioning. A SEO and a Google Adwords campaign supported this by targeting the school’s broad catchment area.
