Audience Data Sharing

Providing information to help arts organisations better understand the data protection requirements of data sharing

The Audience Agency and Arts Council England commissioned us to create a website. We turned a lengthy report into a navigable tool that is helping arts organisations understand their data obligations. We also designed and built the Audience Agency website, designed the dashboard for Audience Finder and provided the creative identity for Audience Spectrum.

The report, "Guidance: Sharing Customer Data for Audience Development and Marketing Who to share data with and when to share it" addressed data sharing requirements in light of changes to funding rules for ACE funded NPOs. At a time of change it provides some insight and clear guidance.

Our job was to break the report down into an information architecture that made access to the information easy to understand. The spacious design incorporates easy to read font sizes and line spacing and is tuned for touch screen browsing.

In the first two months analytics show an average session duration of over 5 minutes. Clearly people are reading!
