Springside revealed

After two years of brand development, the vision for Edinburgh's newest and most exciting neighbourhood is out in the open.

OK, so we've already re-branded a faith and managed the communications on London's newest railway, but it's not every day we get the chance to name a new part of a World Heritage City.

Springside, a £200m development in the heart of Scotland's capital, is being built on the site of the former Scottish & Newcastle brewery in Fountainbridge. When complete, it will deliver 650 homes, 140,000 sq ft of commercial space and some 2500 new jobs.

A joint venture between Grosvenor, AMA and the Royal Bank of Scotland, Springside was officially unveiled at a launch event at Edinburgh Castle on 26 April 2007. Enjoying strong local support, it is seen as a powerful regeneration force and the next chapter in the city's rich architectural story.

Working alongside the project team since 2005, we have developed the brand vision, identity and an integrated communication strategy to help the project through planning and connect Springside with investors, owners and occupiers of the future.

Now that the brand is launched we are busy implementing a raft of innovative communications that will build awareness and demand for the product through highly integrated media planning.

We're positioning Springside in Edinburgh's future - where the traditions of invention and success converge with a dynamism and style that are all their own.
