To introduce the name, Mosaic Homes, we devised a launch brochure for staff, to be distributed at their annual conference. The brochure lead them through the issues that had been holding the business back, outlined what had been done to move the business forward and explained why a new name would help accelerate its progress.

Telling it as it is

The design was engaging, the tone reassuring at a time of uncertainty and the message helped staff understand the real reason for re-branding. When staff read the brochure as a celebration of their efforts to transform the business, a sense of pride dispelled much of the expected scepticism.

Creating warmth

The publication and means of delivery created support for the change process. The new name soon settled into everyone’s consciousness and the subsequent brand launch enjoyed an overwhelmingly positive response from staff and stakeholders alike.
