We created the brand image and designed communications for Crossrail through years of public engagement until it was approved by Parliament and became a live project.

Highlights

Long gestation

Crossrail had been talked about for 40 years when we began working with the Corporate Affairs team. There was a definite sense of purpose but the case for a railway was far from being made. We were involved in building a case from the early years of public consultation through to the final parliamentary submission and beyond.

We worked with Crossrail on every aspect of communication: developing the brand identity, producing public consultation materials, even designing a shop.

The case for Crossrail

Our work helped change the perception of Crossrail - moving it from audacious idea to something that people and business could get behind. By providing communication support across print and digital media our role was praised for helping to make Crossrail a reality.

We provided a fully integrated cross media service covering every aspect of establishing and promoting Crossrail as a much needed project that will benefit London's inhabitants and visitors for generations to come.
