Making a user friendly home finder tool for this 600 property Edinburgh development
Springside is a major mixed use development in the centre of Edinburgh. Over the next few years 600 homes will be built and our job is to market them over this long time frame.
User centred design
Our strategy has been firmly focused online with all our work geared towards the Springside website. The desire to create a user friendly experience has guided us and we have extended this to helping visitors find the right apartment in the right building.
No Flash interface
No hanging around waiting for Flash to load, our Home Finder tool sticks to web standards delivering an engaging but simple interface that lets users choose the building that they are interested in on the site and then view the available apartments within.
Simple search
There’s also a search facility that lets visitors narrow down their preferences and view only properties that suit their need.
Built to scale
This approach continues to yield dividends for our client and as more buildings come on line will scale to meet their needs.
