Metropolitan Homes - Roupell Road Property Marketing

Marketing affordable homes in SW2

Local challenge

As part of Metropolitan Home Ownership's programme to make affordable homes available to local communities, they developed new apartments in Brixton, south London. The scheme, located in the middle of a large council estate, was created to appeal to young, single, first time buyers in the area.

Wide remit

Our challenge was to create marketing collateral that would appeal to a young and local audience by developing a lifestyle narrative for the site. It needed to include the styling of the development, the character of the location, its transport infrastructure, shopping and leisure facilities as well as giving the sense of new possibilities.

Effective solution

UXB designed marketing material with a distinct and young tone-of-voice. We used the small budget imaginatively to create a lifestyle driven look and feel. And also generated copy that emphasised the benefits of the apartments, neighbourhood and district.

Banked success

All nine units sold on their first day on the market.
