NPIA communication strategy

We helped the NPIA introduce modern communications methods to benefit police authorities in England, Wales and Northern Ireland.

We worked closely with the Marketing Communications team and the People and Development Directorate, under highly regarded Director, Angela O'Connor. They asked us to look at everything from developing a communication strategy to the design of printed guest packs at the NPIA's residential training centres.

Collaboration is key

The NPIA was set up to deliver new ideas and methods to 43 Police Authorities in co-ordination with it's key partners, ACPO, APA and the Home Office.

Since the NPIA was formed in April 2007 it has faced many challenges, including making it clear to key audiences what it does and why it is important. We helped the organisation to identify their target audiences and to ensure that the right messages are being delivered and understood by them.
