In its simplest form, branding is about defining and communicating a singular proposition so that it connects with an audience on an emotional level. To engage over 8000 staff at the CPS in a change management programme that would radically affect the way they work, we applied our branding expertise to create an internal campaign that turned something that was happening to them, into something positive they could do for themselves.

Fund managed

Many naming options were explored and discarded. Invest was simply too strong a proposition to ignore.

Our thinking concentrated on the need to make an active internal brand, and avoid anything that could be overlooked. To invest is to be active, discerning and ultimately derive benefit.

To invest in oneself is a compelling proposition that few could argue against and it's helped begin the rotation of a passive, reactive culture towards a proactive, learning one.
