Notting Hill wanted to shift to being a more digital business while also recognising that the transition may be harder for some of their customers than others. We helped them plot their route to a successful digital strategy by taking customers and internal teams with them.
Our user centred design process helped uncover customer insights that set the goals for NHHG's website redesign, which UXB developed in 2010. Since then we have provided ongoing support in digital strategy, website design and development, mobile optimisation and site performance enhancements.
